Does it deliver?
Tranquil atmosphere and a delightful breakfast with a courteous staff made my stay memorable! The onsen was open all night, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Despite the charm, the facilities showed signs of age with some cleaning issues. a tear in my blanket was quite off-putting and disrupted my comfort.

My 3-night stay was fantastic with cozy private onsens and delicious meals, especially the traditional 12-course kaiseki! Only downside was a few cleanliness issues in the common areas. I'd definitely revisit!

The Japanese-Style room offered a spacious layout with beautiful aesthetic touches, making it quite enjoyable. The experience of soaking in the outdoor private onsen, surrounded by nature, was a true highlight of the trip. However, noise between the rooms was quite noticeable, leading to disturbances during the night. Additionally, the staff's limited English made communication challenging at times. The meals varied significantly, with the first night's dinner being delightful but the second night lacking in quality.

The outdoor onsen was absolutely stunning during our stay, perfect for unwinding after a busy day with the kids. The spacious apartment suited our family perfectly, and the meals were beautifully presented and delicious, making every dining experience memorable.
In my wife’s opinion, more activities for kids would improve the experience.
